About Sage Swink

In the role of Broker Associate, Sage Swink brings experienced and valuable industry insight, a passion for customer care, and a heritage of equestrian pursuits, adding depth to Safari's expertise in acreage and equestrian properties. Sage embodies the most important company traits of integrity, advocacy, distinguished service and a proper sitting trot.

From her prior role as VP of Mortgage Lending at Guaranteed Rate, Sage brings 'next-level' perspective to her clients through the lens of the home mortgage process and available products. This rather academic approach is complimented by Sage's talent for problem solving, addressing challenging situations under pressure, and delivering world class service as demonstrated in her role as Director of Sales in the hospitality industry. Of particular interest to our Safari buyers and sellers, Sage brings unique and rare experiences as an accomplished equestrienne.

As a Colorado native, her roots run deep, and she radiates her love for the Colorado lifestyle. Sage is on a mission to find her clients their very own slice of heaven, whether that is a home for the whole herd, a yard big enough for dogs, gardens & a chicken coop or the condo next door to your favorite rooftop patio. "We all live in Colorado for different reasons, yet we all live in Colorado for the same reason...COLORADO!"
